Description
The P2P Regional Business Partner's duties will include but are not limited to:
* Be the point of contact between the Shared Service Centre P2P teams and divisional leadership teams.
* Build excellent relationships between Finance, Procurement and operational stakeholders across the region.
* Manage business priorities effectively.
* Monitor operational KPI's.
* Analyse performance trends and proactively align P2P service delivery to meet divisional needs.
* Present monthly performance dashboards and service-level results to divisional stakeholders.
* Provide guidance on Process Governance and Compliance.
* Help lead on Continuous Improvement and Transformation projects.
* Act as an escalation point for complex supplier or invoice issues impacting the region.
Profile
A successful P2P Regional Business Partner should have:
* A strong background in end-to-end Purchase to Pay processes.
* Proven expertise working in a Shared Service centre or centralised finance environment in a management position.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage stakeholder expectations by influencing, negotiating and challenge constructively.
* Experience with ERP systems and automation solutions.
* Experience supporting multi-site organisations.
* Access to a car and be able to travel regularly.
