We have exciting opportunities for Speech and Language Therapists to join our team and make a positive impact on our learners’ lives. We are seeking individuals who would like to work a part time basis, on an hourly or day rate, for 1 or 2 days per week, term time only.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of learners’ speech, language, and communication needs.
* Develop and implement individualised therapy plans for learners.
* Provide one-to–one and small group therapy sessions
* Provide support, guidance and training to Support Staff in relation to the implementation of therapy plans.
* Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve therapy goals.
* Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure that Speech and Language therapies are fully embedded into curriculum delivery.
* Monitor and track client progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary, providing therapy reports to feed into the Annual Review process.
* Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and session outcomes.
You Will Need To Possess
* A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
* HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration is essential.
* Experience in working with [specific client groups, e.g., children, adults with speech disorders, neurological conditions, etc.] is desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
