Key Responsibilities Deliver electrical design packages across a variety of projects Produce technical specifications, drawings, and reports Attend site inspections and client/contractor meetings Support technical due diligence, dilapidations, and PPM surveys Contribute to project monitoring and sustainability initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to develop best practices and standard documentation Mentor junior engineers and support CPD activities Assist in budget cost estimates and project planning Maintain individual financial performance and pipelineWhat you'll need to succeed Experience & Qualifications: Experience in building services design (consultancy or contractor background) Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (BSc/BEng/MSc/MEng) Working towards or already achieved Chartered Engineer status (e.g., MCIBSE)Technical Skills: Strong understanding of LV distribution, lighting systems, ELV systems, and BS 7671 Proficient in AutoCAD, Amtech/Trimble, Dialux/Relux, and Revit Experience with technical specifications and drawing production Familiarity with Building Regulations and design standardsPersonal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel and work flexibly Passion for learning and career developmentWhat you'll get in return Competitive salary discretionary bonus Flexible working with laptop and mobile provided Private healthcare (after 6 months), life assurance, and accident cover 25 days holiday 1 charity day 1 wellbeing day annually Pension scheme (after 3 months) Support for professional development and industry engagementWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
