Miryco Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Change & Transformation function within a leading UK asset management firm.
You will lead complex business analysis activities, shape target operating models, and ensure regulatory, operational, and commercial objectives are translated into clear, actionable requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex change initiatives, from problem definition through to delivery and benefits realisation
* Partner with senior stakeholders across Investments, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology
* Elicit, document, and manage business requirements using appropriate techniques (workshops, interviews, process mapping, user stories)
* Analyse and redesign business processes, data flows, and operating models
* Translate regulatory and business change (e.g. FCA requirements, market structure changes) into practical solutions
Experience:
* Significant experience as a Business Analyst within investment management
* Strong understanding of asset management operating models (front, middle, and/or back office)
* Proven experience working on complex change or transformation programmes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
