HR Advisor (FTC – Maternity Cover)
North Manchester
Hybrid / 12-month FTC
I’m currently partnering with a fantastic organisation in North Manchester to recruit an HR Advisor for a maternity cover contract within their People, Culture & Values team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys working closely with managers and employees while supporting a broad range of HR activities.
Responsibilities
* Providing HR advice and guidance across the business
* Supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience
* Assisting with employee relations matters including performance, absence and disciplinary processes
* Supporting engagement and wellbeing initiatives
* Producing HR data and reports for leadership teams
* Coaching and supporting junior HR team members
Qualifications
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience in a HR Advisor / HR Generalist role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident communicator who can build relationships across all levels
