Theatre Practitioner - RECOVERY
Exeter Hospital | Nursing | Bank | Part Time
Up to £26.50 per hour depending on experience

As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP in Recovery, you'll be alert, focused, detailed-oriented, and empathetic. You must be registered with the appropriate governing body, such as NMC or HCPC, and have relevant qualifications and experience. Post-registration experience and a passion for patient care are essential.
As a Theatre Practitioner in Recovery, you will:
* Work with leading consultants and professionals
* Manage a varied caseload with advanced technology and facilities
* Supervise and support junior staff
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care
* Provide compassionate post-operative care ensuring patient safety and comfort
* Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols
* Collaborate with surgical teams for smooth theatre to recovery transitions
* Monitor vital signs and manage recovery from anesthesia safely
