Facilities Team Member
Location: London Wembley
Hours and Rota: 37.5 hours per week. The role will be expected to work an 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Salary: £28,958 - £35,039 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Essential: A full driving licence valid for driving in the UK
What you'll be doing as a Facilities Team Member
* Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues, including basic plastering, window and door repairs, electrical changes, and basic plumbing
* Responding to Health and Safety-related calls
* Completing planned inspections and rectifying remedial works
* Logging maintenance issues and following up accordingly
What we're looking for in you
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service, with the student experience at the forefront
* Experience in general maintenance, with desirable skills in plumbing and electrical work
* Experience in a customer-facing role
