The Role(s) As mentioned above, we are hiring for multiple Marketing internships! What could you be doing? Content & Communication Create engaging marketing content for social media, emails, websites, partner portals, and other channels. Develop product presentations, sales tools, and marketing assets for launches and campaigns. Support internal and external communication activities, including dealer and product announcement events. Ensure marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand messaging across Europe. Campaigns & Product Launches Assist with online and offline activation of new products, including tracking, reporting, and implementing campaigns across European markets. Support tradeshows, focus groups, and other events to promote products and gather customer insights. Manage the distribution and tracking of product samples for promotional activities. Market & Customer Insights Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback (including reviews and Voice of Customer data) to inform marketing and product strategies. Produce competition charts and reports to benchmark Sony products versus competitors. Track country-specific market share, opportunities, and campaign performance metrics. Collaboration & Project Support Work with marketing delivery teams, global HQ, presales, and business development managers to brief, plan, and deliver projects from start to finish. Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to optimise marketing assets, campaigns, and communication activities. Support general marketing operational activities and daily coordination with local markets and internal teams. What we need you to bring? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong interest in data-driven marketing, marketing communication, social media and technology. Analytical prowess with a deep-rooted fascination for data. An assertive, proactive attitude with a willingness to get involved wherever required. Fluency in English, knowledge of other European languages is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI). Knowledge of graphical programs (e.g., Photoshop and Canva) is of advantage. Our Recruitment Process After you have submitted your application, selected candidates will be asked to complete a self-service video interview. After we have carefully reviewed all the video interviews, those who successfully meet our hiring criteria will be invited to a virtual assessment centre with our hiring teams. During the assessment centre, you’ll be presented with various activities that allow us to see what you can do but also enable you to get a taste of what your day-day work will entail. You’ll also get a chance to meet some of our current interns & hear why you should be so excited to jump in. After the assessment centre has concluded, we’ll move to the offer stage, and before you know it, you’ll be here at Sony! Throughout the recruitment process until your start date, you’ll have regular connections with our HR & Sony Placement Year programme team, as well as our current interns to answer any questions and provide guidance and further information on your Sony journey. This will also allow you to connect with the other future interns who will form the 2026 Sony cohort and start building your network.
