We’re now looking for a talented Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will lead our exceptional USA, Australia, and New Zealand portfolio – representing acclaimed producers such as Ridge Vineyards, Buena Vista, Dog Point, Lethbridge, Babich, and Yarra Yerring.
This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong marketing background – ideally in luxury or premium brands – and the ability to apply that expertise to wine. A solid understanding of the UK drinks sector (on and off trade) is essential, along with a passion for premium wine.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver creative, commercially effective brand plans to achieve targets
2. Define brand positioning and channel strategy, ensuring consistent messaging
3. Analyse market and internal data to identify growth opportunities
4. Design and implement communication strategies including advertising, PR and promotions
5. Report monthly on performance metrics and recommend corrective actions
6. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute brand activities
7. Build strong relationships with brand owners and key stakeholders
8. Represent Berkmann at events, tastings and promotions
What We Are Looking For
9. Proven marketing experience within the UK drinks industry or luxury brands
10. Strong understanding of the UK wine market, consumer trends, and competitor activity
11. Experience managing brand partnerships and sponsorships
12. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
13. Analytical, creative and commercially minded
14. WSET Level 3 (Diploma desirable)
15. Degree in marketing, business or related discipline preferred
16. Confident using Microsoft Office, Teams and Navision

Working Pattern
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:30pm. However, given the nature of our clients in the hospitality sector, flexibility is essential — evening and occasional weekend work will be required to support customer needs, events, and tastings. Some activities may also involve international travel, so a valid passport is necessary.
Work Location
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work in head office at least 3 days a week.
