At our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland, we design, develop, and produce radial piston motors in partnership with renowned international OEMs across industries such as material handling, construction, and forestry machinery.
Our trainee programme, the "Commercial Graduate Specialist," marks your career start in an internationally successful company. Over 18-24 months, you will rotate through specialist departments at our Glenrothes plant and abroad, tailored to your interests and development needs.
What will you be doing?
* Gaining in-depth understanding of Financial Controlling, Supply Chain, and Human Resources functions within Bosch Rexroth, with potential placements in finance, supply chain/purchasing, and HR.
* Supporting the Commercial team, including areas such as Business Intelligence & CRM, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Customer Service.
* Undertaking technical and project tasks, along with operational and strategic responsibilities.
* Providing commercial support and administration for projects and contracts, including change management, performance monitoring, and risk management.
* Building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to deliver value.
* Gaining exposure to our diverse product and service portfolio and internal development processes.
* Supporting continuous process improvements, offering fresh perspectives, and applying academic knowledge.
* Taking accountability for specific projects and ensuring their successful delivery.
* Supporting HR-related issues at the site, including disciplinary matters when necessary.
* Assisting the Supply Chain and Financial Controlling functions with project work, forecasting, planning, and reporting.
What are we looking for?
In the Graduate Specialist Programme, you are a technically skilled individual with an understanding of market developments, passionate about industrial technology and economics.
* Education: Master’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
* Aiming for a fulfilling career with commercial potential.
* Software and IT skills: Experience or knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.
* Experience: Challenging industrial internships or initial work experience in a technical environment.
* Soft skills: Excellent communication, high motivation, commitment, customer and supplier engagement, innovative thinking, goal and results orientation, team player.
* Mobility: Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Computer literacy, especially in Excel.
