The University seeks a strategic and collaborative Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies for its course portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the postholder will work closely with academic leadership, often as a member of a School Executive Team, to support student recruitment targets and align marketing activities with CCCU's Vision.
The role involves driving product positioning, messaging, and integrated campaigns that highlight subject strengths and unique selling points, ensuring consistency across all platforms. The postholder will lead a team of two Product Marketing Leads, oversee the delivery of product-level marketing plans, and ensure content accuracy and compliance. Data-informed decision-making, performance tracking, and strategy refinement will be key responsibilities to support future growth.
Skills and Responsibilities
* Lead the development of subject and course positioning, collaborating with Market Insights, Campaigns, and academic colleagues.
* Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, academic Schools, and external partners for product-related communications.
* Manage two Product Marketing Leads, providing strategic direction, mentoring, and performance oversight.
* Oversee the creation and consistency of marketing materials across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand, tone, and compliance standards.
* Manage course communications plans and digital content updates to support student recruitment and conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
* Coordinate integrated marketing activities across teams and track performance using KPIs and analytics for continuous improvement.
