The Role

As Commercial Support Administrator, you will play a vital part in supporting our Commercial and Operations teams. You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries relating to recharges and warranty claims, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

* Accurately processing recharges for rented assets, ensuring correct calculation of usage, damages and associated costs
* Collaborating with Finance to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
* Managing customer queries professionally and efficiently, escalating where appropriate
* Processing warranty claims in line with manufacturer procedures
* Liaising with Technical and Operations teams to resolve claims effectively
* Reviewing and processing engineers' job cards
* Processing parts invoices and credit notes to support prompt payment
* Investigating discrepancies and ensuring data integrity
* Providing general administrative support including data entry, record keeping, filing and reception duties
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department

You'll also ensure adherence to company Health, Safety and Environmental policies and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of your work.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident handling data and financial information
* Comfortable managing customer queries in a professional manner
* A collaborative team player who can liaise across departments
* Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
* Confident using internal systems and Microsoft Office

Experience in an administrative role within asset rental, fleet, municipal, engineering or a similar commercial environment would be advantageous — but not essential. If you have transferable skills and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
