Anabas is a dynamic National Facilities Management company. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers. Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Facilities Manager to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the area of Central London. Y ou will be in a client facing role and required to provide a 5-star customer experience. ​ As the Facilities Manager you will be the first point of contact that the client has with Anabas. ​ It is critical that the job holder demonstrates professionalism, ownership, and responsibility for attending to the client’s needs on site and where they are unable to do so, escalating in a swift and speedy manner to the appropriate personnel within Anabas to quickly satisfy the needs of the client. You will have total responsibility for the service delivery of facilities management on site. Your responsibilities will include: Management of Anabas staff on site. Monitor and coordinate the supplier team. Ensure a consistent and high-level service delivery. Identify areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes; implementing change as required. Ensure customer service is at the heart of the way the FM services are delivered. Communicate clearly and positively with staff at all levels to create a focus on employee engagement, business goals and develop a positive environment. Provide support to the Account Manager to ensure the services are performing to the levels and standards required of the contract. Deal with reactive situations and manage incident reports as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring relevant procedures and in place to achieve compliance and that suitable records are kept. Identify areas of improvement in delivery of the services and processes and implement change as required and ensure Customer Service is at the heart of the way the FM services are delivered. This is a full time, permanent position. (Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm, 40 hours per week). Benefits include:- Salary - £45,000 33 days holiday per year inc Bank Holidays.
