Job Opportunity: Sales & Lettings Negotiator
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a friendly, client-focused independent estate agency. This role can be full-time or part-time, with a starting salary of £24,000 plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle the full lifecycle of property sales and lettings, from initial enquiry to deal completion.
2. Manage incoming sales and lettings enquiries and perform related administrative tasks.
3. Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
4. Negotiate offers and progress transactions to completion.
5. Liaise with solicitors, agents, mortgage brokers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth processes.
6. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator, Property Sales Consultant, Estate Agent, or similar role.
* At least 1 year of sales experience within an estate agency.
* Good understanding of the local property market.
* Proficiency in IT systems and CRM software.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
