As a Bus Driver, you’ll build relationships with regular passengers, be a friendly face, and play a vital role in connecting our customers to what matters most.

Pay and Training
* Trainee Driver – During Training (first 4-6 weeks): £12.21 per hour
* After Training (Trainees): £12.50 per hour (1–7 months service)
* Overtime for trainees: £13.75 per hour
* 7+ months service: £17.00 per hour
* Overtime: £18.70 per hour
* Saturday and Sunday: £18.00 per hour
* Additional pay benefits after training: £1 per hour uplift after 8pm
* Bank Holiday pay: Time + 2/3 uplift
* Fully Qualified PCV Drivers: £17.00 per hour, £18.00 after 8PM
* Weekend: £18.00 per hour
* Overtime: £18.70 per hour

Shift Patterns
* 5 out of 7 rotating shifts planned, with 1 in 3 weekends off, including 1 in 6 as a long weekend (Thursday to Sunday)
* Morning shifts starting at 04:00, evenings ending by 01:30
* Overtime available on request
Requirements
* Be over 18 years old with at least 6 months of driving experience
* Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
* Pass a drug and alcohol test
* Great customer service and communication skills
* Hold a full PCV licence (if qualified PCV driver)
* CPC holder (if qualified PCV driver)
