Our client, based in Ashton Vale, Bristol are in a period of expansion and are looking to add a new Continuous Improvement Officer to their expanding team.You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to Production Staff for the relevant functions on site. Main Responsibilities
* Liaise with suppliers on all quality related issues
* Communicate QHSE expectations throughout the site
* Interact with internal departments to maintain product supply and introduction of new products
* Manage and develop support staff
* Participate in activities on all new or changed products
* Keep updated quality related documentation
* Carry out internal audits of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems
* Ensure H&S risk assessments are conducted and all actions completed in a timely manner
* Assist in the development of consistent processes for data collection and preparation and reporting of KPIs that support our objectives
* Attend training and develop your own knowledge and skills
