Work within our client services team in Southport. Be part of a team of aged care specialists assisting families with residential or home care placement.
We seek highly empathetic, self-managed individuals who can handle difficult scenarios. Our Care Assessment Officers are the first contact for families interacting with our service and assessing their aged care needs.
Role responsibilities include:
* Interacting over the phone with families needing aged care placement assistance.
* Using internal systems to understand care needs and budgets.
* Answering client questions about residential aged care.
* Building relationships with clients through empathy and reassurance.
* Providing tailored information and advice based on personal situations.
* Keeping families informed with the latest aged care information.
* Casual roles require flexible availability across a fortnightly schedule.
Candidate profile:
* 6+ months experience in a call centre or similar customer service, sales, or retention role.
* Proven ability to meet KPIs and handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
* Mature, autonomous, and team-oriented approach.
* Dedicated to helping families with aged care placement.
* Aged care experience is preferred but not essential.
