Radis Community Care are looking for a Waking Night Shift Support Worker to join the Radis Team at Honeytree Court, Loughton.
Shifts: Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday night, 21:00 - 07:00.
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, your primary responsibility is to assist elderly individuals experiencing physical frailty, helping them maintain as much independence as possible. This includes supporting people with restricted mobility by aiding them in moving safely to dining areas for meals, communal spaces for social engagement, and back to their own rooms when requested.
The role requires assisting with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing. You will have opportunities to engage in physical and mental stimulation through recreational and social activities, both individually and in groups.
The core aim of this role is to promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect, delivering care to the highest standard.
