Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join a pupil referral unit in Colchester. You will be joining a great team that predominantly work with children who have social emotional mental health. Therefore, a desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary! A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important. A UK Driving License and access to a car is desirable. This role requires someone who has a strong, robust character as there may be challenges along the way.
