The Role
Admiral Pioneer is on a mission to build the next generation of insurance propositions—smart, scalable, and customer-centric. As our Senior Compliance Analyst, you’ll be central to this transformation, ensuring our innovative ideas are supported by robust, proportionate compliance oversight across UK (FCA) and Gibraltar (GFSC) regulations.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct access to the Pioneer Board and senior leadership. We seek someone entrepreneurial, commercially savvy, and pragmatic—thriving in fast-paced environments and balancing speed with precision.
What You’ll Be Driving
* Develop and implement a forward-looking 12-month compliance plan aligned with Pioneer and Group frameworks.
* Build trusted relationships with Senior Managers and Board members, advising on emerging compliance challenges.
* Lead with expertise in FCA and GFSC regulation, providing clear, actionable guidance.
* Promote a risk-based approach supporting rapid innovation without compromising integrity.
* Embed governance and compliance into our culture—from product design to organizational practices.
* Conduct thematic reviews to identify best practices and improve efficiency.
* Provide insightful reports to the Head of Risk & Compliance, RMC, and Board.
* Keep Group functions informed and confident in Pioneer’s compliance status.
* Stay ahead of regulatory changes and clarify complex requirements for the business.

* Support regulatory submissions and communicate confidently with FCA and GFSC.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience with Gibraltar regulation and GFSC.
* Deep understanding of FCA expectations and regulatory nuances.
* Comfort working in start-up and scale-up environments—adaptable to ambiguity and pace.
