* Maintain the existing customer base, develop new business, and gain detailed customer understanding utilizing Micro Potential Analysis and all target market tools.
* Promote all professional products to all selected key accounts and end users across a defined target market within the allocated sales territory.
* Manage accounts of distributors in the territory, proactively working with them to grow their sales with Kärcher.
* Achieve territory sales targets through cold calls, appointments, site surveys, and demonstrations to end users specific to the target group.
* Meet a specific number of calls into individual target groups on a monthly basis.
It would be WOW if you bring this:
* 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
* Full UK driving license is essential.
* Proven sales experience and achievement of targets.
* Ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
