Your new company Our client runs a nurturing residential care home dedicated to supporting children and young people. Your new role As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home. You'll lead and develop a dedicated staff team, ensure compliance with childcare legislation, and uphold the home's Statement of Purpose. Your responsibilities will span operational management, safeguarding, care planning, behaviour support, and quality assurance. You'll also participate in the on-call rota and act as a role model for both staff and residents.
