You'll be the first point of contact for our customers - handling enquiries, processing orders, and identifying opportunities to support our external sales team. You'll work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, helpful, and memorable.

Key Duties:
Ø Manage a high volume of emails
Ø Process customer orders and enquiries using our in-house IT systems (dual screens)
Ø Manage web based enquiries
Ø Identify part numbers from exploded views
Ø Liaise with Technical for advice when applicable
Ø Understand and identify sales opportunities and liaise with external sales team accordingly
Ø Contact manufacturers to check part number stock availability & prices
Ø Liaise with customers of order progress
Ø Manage customer concerns and respond in a timely manner
Ø Processing payments whilst acknowledging confidential legalities
Ø Ensure workplace health & safety requirements are met
Ø General admin duties
Ø Implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001
Key Skills:
Ø Experience in a customer service or sales support within a commercial office environment
Ø Fully IT Literate with excellent keyboard skills
Ø Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ø Excellent listening skills
Ø Ability to work under pressure in a busy working office environment
Ø Handle complaints in a calm, professional and helpful manner
Ø Ability to multitask & problem solve
Ø Effective team player and the ability to work on own initiative
Ø Organised and the ability to prioritise workload
Ø Effective communication with other departments
Ø Flexibility in line with the needs of the business
