Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous work in childcare, schools, youth coaching, or community volunteering is preferred.

Key Duties:
* Preparing the classroom and setting up learning materials before the bell.
* Delivering 1:to:1 support to keep students motivated and on:task.
* Explaining complex tasks in simpler ways to help students understand.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and focus during independent study.
* Recording student attendance and progress in the digital school log.
* Supervising students during break times and lesson changeovers.
* Helping the Teacher with classroom displays and essential admin tasks.
* Promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for everyone.
