Performance Analyst – Product & Supplier Management
Location: Hybrid role (Corby or Manchester office)
Contract type: 12 month secondment
We’re looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Analyst to join our Product and Supplier Management (P&SM) team. This role reports to the Head of Data & Analytics – P&SM.
What You Will Be Doing
* Develop and deliver technical KPIs using Snowflake and Power BI.
* Conduct detailed analysis of P&SM performance, identify root causes, and develop effective action plans.
* Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed data‑driven decision making.
* Manage business requirements and map processes to identify improvement opportunities.
* Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
* Support training and development in new analytical technologies.
* Drive efficiency, cost savings, and innovation through data and insight.
About You
* Strong technical skills in analytics platforms (Snowflake, Power BI).
* Proven experience in performance analysis and stakeholder engagement.
* Deep understanding of Product and Supplier Management and business processes.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
* Comfortable working across cultures and in fast‑paced, customer‑driven environments.
* Certifications in data technologies would be desirable.
