What you’ll be doing:
* Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps. Providing excellent substitutions when products are out of stock.
* Using a handset to plan your route around the store, including what you need to select and the time allocated for each shop.
* Handling customer queries, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for Home Delivery Drivers behind the scenes.
* Serving customers enthusiastically, supporting with questions, and proactively offering help.
* Building extensive knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
* Working flexibly across the store as required.
