About the Restaurant
The Executive Chef and team maintain strong relationships with local farmers and fishermen, ensuring menus are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. The menu features traditional favorites alongside contemporary dishes, with offerings changing seasonally.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will aim to maintain and surpass the existing 2AA Rosette award.
Main Duties
1. Follow daily procedures and standards.
2. Plan and manage the daily operations of kitchen sections.
3. Communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
4. Conduct quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes.
Candidate Requirements
1. Experience in a 1AA Rosette establishment.
2. Passion for cooking and creative flair.
3. Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests.
4. Ability to stay calm and focused during busy services.
5. Experience leading a section and being a strong team player.
6. Ability to bring fresh ideas and experience.
