This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience, driving insights through feedback, and supporting broader marketing initiatives. Role Overview You will be responsible for reviewing digital CRM activities and working cross-functionally to plan, execute, and review campaigns, ensuring communications are optimised throughout the entire customer journey.
