Their services include 24‑hour supported amodation, young parent provision and dispersed amodation, all delivered in line with Ofsted Supported Amodation Regulations (2023).
Your new role
As the Service Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the effective day‑to‑day running of the young person’s amodation services. You will lead and inspire a team of support professionals, ensuring they deliver trauma‑informed, high‑quality, person‑centred support.Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing and supervising staff, ensuring regular support, supervision and development opportunities.
2. Overseeing support planning, risk assessments and safeguarding processes.
3. Building strong partnerships with external agencies, including Social Care, the Police and specialist support services.
4. Ensuringpliance with service specifications, KPIs, Ofsted requirements and internal policies.
5. Monitoring amodation standards, voids, repairs, rent processes and overall housing management.
6. Producing accurate performance reports and data formissioners and senior leadership.
7. Maintaining a focus on quality, continuous improvement and positive oues for young people.
8. Participating in an on‑call rota to support 24‑hour services.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate for this role, you will bring:
9. Experience managing staff within a care, support or housing setting.
10. Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and trauma‑informed practice.
11. Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs and understanding diversemunity needs.
12. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
13. Strong organisational skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and confidently manage change.
14. A full driving licence and the ability to work flexibly as required.
