We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator who will be responsible for handling client requests, assisting with lead generation, and performing essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
3. Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
4. Sales Lead Generation:
5. Source and identify new sales leads through online research, industry databases, and other relevant channels.
6. Assist the sales team in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings
7. Support the development and execution of sales campaigns to attract new business opportunities.
8. Administrative Support:
9. Maintain sales documentation, reports, and records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
10. Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
11. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other materials as needed.
Requirements:
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
