Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components. What will I be doing
* Carry out Induction Inspections on SafranHE engines and modules, considering Quality, Cost, Turnaround Time (TAT) and customer satisfaction.
* Perform arrival inventory on engines/modules in the Pre Induction Shop, analyse engine documentation and complete a preliminary inspection.
* Identify discrepancies (e.g., missing LRUs, excessive wear) as early as possible on the engine/module.
* Ensure all required engine information (TSO, CSO, power checks) is available at the end of the pre-induction process to allow the engine to progress without delays.
* Explore options to repair the engine in a level 3 maintenance centre.
* Update the Cockpit Work scope and write the Pre Induction Report.
* Carry out secondary duties as defined by the manager.
* Work in accordance with Company Operating Systems, policies and procedures and with HSE legislation; identify and report any HSE risks.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and practices, and take responsibility for implementing improvements.
* Support and promote Company values and behaviours.

What do you need from me?
* Experience in Engine Receipt Inspection or Logbook/configuration evaluation.
* Knowledge of Safran Helicopter Engine families (Arriel, Arrius, Makila) inspection.
* Skills Mechanical engineering experience post-apprenticeship; borescopic inspection experience; technical report writing.
* Qualities Maintain high quality standards and produce accurate engine inspection reports.
