There's never been a better time to join us! What we’re looking for… We’re looking for a Operations Support Administrator to ensure our Cumbernauld site offers operational continuity. You’ll do this via system monitoring and active resolution to automation and system issues arising from the WM and visualisation systems on site. Your responsibilities will include… A focus on Health and Safety. You’ll not be afraid to challenge poor safety behaviours. Ensure the appropriate paperwork relating to any warehouse receipt and despatch is produced/recorded and POD documentation is accurate and processed correctly, including transfer of stock to and from other AG BARR sites. To monitor and control order release and shipping and to optimise operational performance in line with agreed KPIs. Expedite stock and orders to maximise availability to both internal and external customers. Maintain and update Tracker system and ensure integrity of information for operational reporting. Identify and report any system faults, liaise with engineering and system teams to resolve issues arising against agreed services levels. Drive operational compliance to system procedures, ISO. Colleague support and training. Facilitate the resolution of system automation issues with the various departments. What you’ll bring… A strong customer focus Experience in warehouse management and associated systems. Experience of using Excel and/or Google sheets. Sound knowledge of inventory systems and inventory control. Working knowledge of warehouse and transport operations.
