You will spend approximately 3 to 4 days per week meeting with customers in the field, with occasional visits to the office as required for team collaboration and internal meetings – Office is based near Sutton Coldfield. This position covers the Midlands and the South of England, so a willingness to travel within this region is essential. Your key responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across relevant industries and sectors Provide technical advice, product demonstrations, and solution-based sales support Work collaboratively with internal teams to design and deliver bespoke solutions Prepare and present accurate and compelling commercial proposals Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity The skills and experience required are: Previous experience in technical sales or an engineering-related sales role Solid understanding of power transmission components or related mechanical/industrial technologies Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently with strong initiative and a problem-solving approach Proven track record of building client relationships and achieving sales targets INHS
