Overview
Join to apply for the Family Help Practitioner role at Tunnell Financial.
We are seeking a full-time (37 hours per week), fixed-term (12 months) colleague to join us. You will be supported with compassionate, relational leadership to help you thrive and feel safe in your practice. The role is based in North East Lincolnshire and sits within the Children's Services Youth Justice Services Out of Court Team, supporting children on a diversionary basis to prevent escalation into the criminal justice system.
As a Family Help Practitioner, you will work as part of a team to provide high-quality family help practice and make a lasting difference to the lives of children and families. Family help is valued and supported by skilled, knowledgeable leaders and managers. The service is built on pride and passion with high aspirations for children and families and a commitment to empowering them to thrive.
If you are enthusiastic and passionate about providing earlier support to address the needs of children within their family networks, we would like to hear from you. We aim to interview in the week commencing 22/09/2025. We reserve the right to close adverts early if we receive a significant volume of suitable applications.
Benefits and Rewards
As part of the RewardNEL package, you will have a generous leave entitlement (including bank holidays) and enrolment in a local government pension. You will also have access to our exclusive RewardNEL platform, which includes salary sacrifice schemes (Cycle2Work, Holiday Extra, Tusker Car Lease), discounts at local shops and venues, wellbeing support, parking benefits, and access to savings at major retailers, entertainment and hotels. Flexible working and training and development opportunities are available, including a fostering-friendly scheme.
