Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Woking. Experience is beneficial but not essential. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords, assisting with inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth tenancy process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy.
2. Accept and understand tenants' maintenance requirements, providing a triage service to resolve issues.
3. If unresolved, communicate with the landlord with a solution and arrange contractor works.
4. Update all parties regularly via phone, email, or text, and log notes.
5. Make regular 'well-being' calls to landlords.
6. Work with the property management team to ensure all works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, updating customers on progress.
7. Ensure all properties meet mandatory compliance and legislation, following company processes.
8. Coordinate with Property Inventory Clerks to inspect properties and communicate with landlords and tenants as per company policy.
9. Call managed landlords and tenants two weeks prior to vacation to explain check-out procedures and timelines.
10. Handle non-managed deposits under the No Deposit Scheme.
11. Follow check-out process and communicate via the Depositary site within company guidelines.
12. Collaborate with team leaders, heads of centres, and branches to understand reasons for lost units.
13. Maintain high communication levels with internal and external customers.
