About The Role 10:10 Games is looking for a Mid-Level Gameplay Programmer with Unreal Engine knowledge. This is your opportunity to join an established team primed for growth working on our upcoming projects while still in the early stages of development. What You’ll Do Working under the direction of the Technical Director and Lead Programmer, you will be responsible for game systems including AI, combat, player mechanics, environmental mechanics and more. Work closely with the other programmers and other departments to bring game ideas to life. Aid other programmers with technical implementations, debugging and code reviews. What We’re Looking For Professional experience programming in C++ within the games industry. Unreal Engine Knowledge. A talent for programming gameplay and mechanics, with a clear understanding of what makes games feel fun. A problem solver able to understand existing systems, debug problems and provide creative solutions. The ability to work independently, as well as with other programmers and non-technical disciplines. A desire to learn, grow, and experience new areas of game development.
