An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join the Finance Team, reporting to the Finance Director. The Finance Manager will have Leadership of the Financial Accounting Function: including GL Processing & Month End Close, AR Processing and AP Processing. Main duties & responsibilities: Lead the Financial Accounting Team Lead the insourcing of key financial activities for a shared service centre Manage Month End Close Process, including associated control & reporting activities Oversee all Accounts Receivable activity, including credit control and cash collection Oversee all Accounts Payable activity, including invoice entry & payment processing Ensure a robust and effective system of internal control Perform Monthly Internal & Group Reporting Manage Treasury positions and perform cash forecasting Prepare Statutory Accounts and lead external audit process Prepare VAT and Corporate Tax Returns Work across business functions on a range issues The core requirements for this role are: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Finance Management Experience in a Manufacturing or Services Environment in a medium or large business Leadership of Month-End Close Process and AR and AP Functions Management and development of a team Strong internal control skills Good understanding of statutory reporting, VAT and Corporation Tax Self-sufficient but able to work well within a team and matrix organisation Able to demonstrate ability to work cross functionally What We Offer You: Enhanced pension contributions Healthcare cashback plan Private medical care Employee assistance programme Site incentive plan Financial wellbeing benefit Discounted online and highstreet shopping and lifestyle vouchers Cycle to Work Scheme Discounted RAC membership Discounted Gym membership 187.5 hours annual leave plus bank holidays A supportive and friendly working environment with a focus on wellbeing and sustainability TT Electronics are committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and actively encourage applications from under-represented groups.
