Lead and develop the Group Sales Administration Team, delivering centralised support to Sales Operations and Head Office Finance across seven Centres. Build strong relationships with Centres and internal departments, acting as the main contact for all Sales Administration activity. Oversee accurate invoicing for new and used vehicles, support deal file audits, and ensure a professional, efficient service that upholds governance standards and enhances the internal and external customer experience. Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing Sales Administration Team. Allocate daily tasks to ensure smooth, efficient support across all Centres. Monitor accuracy, productivity, KPIs and deliver regular 1:1s and reviews. Provide coaching and process training to maintain strong capability across the team. Act as the primary escalation point for complex queries and issue resolution. Ensure accurate invoicing for all new and used vehicle sales. Oversee correct vehicle registration and taxation in line with DVLA and internal standards. Maintain complete, audit‑ready documentation for all vehicle transactions. Work closely with Sales teams to ensure compliant, efficient deal processing. Manage all aspects of Company vehicle administration, including Porsche ECOS. Maintain accurate insurance schedules and ensure secure handling of sensitive data. Uphold CDD, AML and internal control standards, escalating risks where required. Oversee payment accuracy, settlements, reconciliations and alignment with accounting controls. Liaise with internal/external auditors and support periodic quality checks. Bring strong automotive sales admin experience, DMS capability and exceptional attention to detail. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated experience supervising or leading a team in a fast‑paced environment. Proven background in automotive sales administration within a franchised dealership. Excellent attention to detail, time management and problem‑solving capability. Strong interpersonal and communication ability with a professional, customer‑focused approach. Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Dealer Management Systems. Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of ADP Autoline (Kerridge/Keyloop) Ability to analyse data, create reports and support KPI tracking. Experience supporting internal audits, AML/CDD processes or FCA‑related controls. Familiarity with managing company car schemes or fleet administration. Experience identifying operational efficiencies or improving administrative workflows.
