The Role
As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, youll be trained to manage senior-level search assignments. Youll work closely with clients and candidates, develop market knowledge, and deliver high-quality placements.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and manage relationships with senior clients and candidates
* Identify and headhunt top-tier talent
* Conduct market mapping and targeted outreach
* Manage the full search process, including interviews and feedback
* Negotiate offers and close placements
* Meet and exceed performance targets to maximise earnings
