We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through both proactive and reactive sales strategies, while cultivating strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. You will focus on actively soliciting and managing opportunities within the local corporate market and social segments, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse local market trends and monitor competitor activity to identify business opportunities and recommend and implement effective sales strategies.
Proactively source and secure new business, while nurturing and growing existing accounts across segments, with a strong focus on local corporate and social markets.
Negotiate rates and terms with clients to secure profitable contracts aligned with revenue goals.
Prepare, issue, and manage client contracts in line with the hotels pricing structures and commercial strategies.
Organise and host site inspections, familiarisation (FAM) trips, and engaging client events to showcase the hotels offerings.
Conduct sales appointments and attend networking events to strengthen client relationships and promote the hotel.
Deliver accurate timely sales reports and activity updates as required.
Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Support the development and mentorship of team members as needed.
What We're Looking For

Experience in the hospitality industry and local competitive landscape.
Enthusiasm for sales and events and creating memorable guest experiences
