* Shift pattern: 06:30-15:00 / 14:30-23:00
Responsibilities
* Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front desk operations
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
* Assist in managing the front office staff, including onboarding and training new employees
* Support scheduling staff, ensuring procedures are followed, and monitor and manage daily revenue reports
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
* Experience in a front office or guest service role
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
