Job title: Project Controls Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - depending on security clearance
Pay rate/ Benefits: £60,000 plus package
Location: Whitehaven
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Role information: Support, understand and constructively influence the time and cost outcomes of the Project through communication and effective information control.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Manage, administer and maintain the Project Cost Forecasting & Cost Management systems.
* Develop a suitable control system in order to assist in cost, time and performance management.
* Responsible for managing project costs including planning, developing, controlling and forecasting the project’s budgets.
* Prepare and submit KPI information to client, including internal liaison with relevant team members for required supporting input and information.
* Prepare monthly internal cost/value reconciliation and assist other Commercial team members in submitted payments application and other client required reports.
* Advise project team of cost coding and budgets for the preparation of requisitions & subcontract orders.
