The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of bespoke residential projects from start to finish. This role involves approximately 80% on-site management and 20% digital task management using Procore. Your responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Delivery: Oversee all site operations, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, high-quality project completion.
* Team Leadership: Manage site teams and subcontractors, fostering a positive environment.
* Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams, providing updates and resolving issues.
* Quality Control & Reporting: Maintain high-quality execution and accurate progress documentation via Procore.
* Site & Digital Management: Manage daily site operations and use Procore to organise tasks and schedules.
Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Manager for luxury residential projects, covering all stages from groundworks to interiors.
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
* Proficiency in Procore and other construction management tools.
* Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project delivery.
* Must hold in-date qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS card (gold preferred).
