We're seeking an E-commerce Content Manager to elevate our online presence and drive revenue growth. This hybrid role combines remote working with office-based collaboration, offering 4 days working from home and 1 day in our Birmingham or Lichfield office.
The main part of this job is simple: make our website's products more appealing to buy.
Updating and improving website copy
Building our online reputation through review generation
Managing email marketing campaigns
Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates
As a small, family-run business, one of our biggest weaknesses has been our transition into the digital age. in-depth training in the role is not something we can provide, though we will gladly bring you up to speed on all the relevant things you need to know about our business, products, and service. Proven experience improving an e-commerce business
Proficiency in Photoshop or other image editing tools
Knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Understanding of SEO best practices
Experience in managing online reputation
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar e-commerce role
Provable success in improving website performance and revenue
Hours: Full-time (37.Location: Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day office-based)
Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays
