Responsibilities
:
Assisting solicitors with residential property transactions.
Preparing and reviewing legal documents, letters, and contracts.
Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties.
Monitoring deadlines and assisting with transaction progress.
General administrative support as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in conveyancing or property law administration is desirable, but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new legal software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
