The setting features small class sizes, excellent staff-to-student ratio, and committed multidisciplinary team who work together to provide personalised support and a broad curriculum. The focus extends beyond academic achievement to include developing key life skills and social abilities to empower every student to succeed. Role Overview: Provide support to students with diverse special educational needs in one-to-one and small group settings Assist in delivering customised learning activities and encouraging positive behaviour Support the development of social skills, independence, and self-confidence in students Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals within a multidisciplinary team Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Candidate Profile: Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships Calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting young people Committed to inclusion and helping every child succeed To be eligible you must: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced Child Barred List DBS registered with the Update Service Provide two professional child-related references If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
