Salary: £31,537 - £33,699 per annum

Role: Occupational Therapy Degree Apprenticeship – a fully funded three‑year programme while you work hands‑on in the community.
Key responsibilities
* Work directly with adults over 18 in their homes and communities, building strong relationships to create tailored plans that support well‑being and independence.
* Assist clients in understanding their needs, accessing support services and maintaining as much independence as possible.
* Collaborate with health professionals to prevent crises and promote local, sustainable solutions.
* Learn and develop under the guidance of experienced Occupational Therapists.
Requirements
* Must be 18 or older and have lived in England for a minimum of three years.
* At least 12 months of relevant experience.
* Fluent in English and motivated to pursue a career as an Occupational Therapist.
* Meet all essential criteria and qualifications for the Occupational Therapy Degree Apprenticeship, including UCAS points where applicable.
