Essential requirements for the role/System knowledge required:
4. Ensuring the ethos of wellbeing is adhered to when working with vulnerable adults and their carers.
5. Participate in the operation of duty and respond accordingly to need, which will involve Safeguarding enquiries and Best Interest Assessment (BIA) when required.
6. Provide an assessment service to individuals, their carers and other agencies in accordance with Care Act (2014) criteria
What we are looking for in a Care Manager:
7. Social Work England registration
8. Eligible to work in the UK
9. Hold a full UK licence
10. Post-qualified experience
11. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
