Customer Service Call Handler (FNOL Team)

Full-Time | Permanent | 44 Hours Per Week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday + 1 in 2 Saturdays

We are looking for a Customer Service Call Handler to join our First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced environment.
No automotive experience is required — full training is provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact following a road incident, you will support customers through the early stages of their insurance claim by providing reassurance, gathering information, and ensuring every case is handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
14. Handle inbound customer calls relating to accidents and vehicle damage
15. Record accurate claim details using internal systems
16. Provide clear updates throughout the claims process
17. Liaise with insurers, repair centres, and internal departments
18. Deliver excellent customer service during difficult situations
19. Manage your workload while meeting service standards and KPIs
