They are now in need of an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join the team, working between their Hertfordshire Head Office and the clients London Office.
The successful candidate will be a hardworking individual who offers a professional service.
Duties will include to ensure the completion of works at residents properties is a straightforward and smooth process from start to finish, by working closely with managers and supervisors, client representatives and residents.
Main duties will include:
1. Act as the main point of contact for escalated calls from Customer Service Agent
2. Liaise with customer to ensure smooth resolution of any complex issues, maintaining regular contact to keep customers informed of progress
3. Be available for residents meetings, and meetings with the client as and when required
